Welcome to my blog! My name is Kristen. I am a mother of 3, a teacher, a wife, a fitness enthusiast and a book lover in my mid-forties. Fitness has been an important part of my life for many years. While I am not an expert, I have learned a great deal about working out and nutrition through my own personal journey. Being a busy mom, it has also become a necessity for my mental health. I started this blog because I want to share my journey and encourage and help others along the way. My goal is to build a community where we can support each other in our journey through this crazy life!
