- Package of ground or chicken turkey breast (the turkey breast has slightly more protein than the regular ground turkey)
- Two packages of microwaveable rice (I love basmati and brown basmati)
- Two packages of kale or broccoli slaw
- Slap yo mama seasoning
- Salt and pepper
- First, season the ground turkey with salt, pepper and slap yo mama seasoning.
- Then brown the meat.
- Next, add the two packages of slaw to the pan.
- Season with salt, pepper and slap yo mama seasoning.
- Then cover and let steam for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the rice in the microwave.
- Divide the rice into your containers (4 or 5, I do 5 because it is for the week)
- Divide the turkey and slaw mixture amongst the containers.
- Finally, cover and refrigerate.
- Reheat when you are ready to eat
